Frank’s extensive experience and tenacious grasp of the most complex tax and financial issues impacting small and middle market companies allows him to bring practical and innovative operational planning strategies to the clients he serves. Since 1996, Frank has been advising clients as an engagement partner, delivering such services as tax compliance, tax planning, financial reporting, financial due diligence, and financial and management consulting.

Frank has been practicing as a CPA for more than 20 years. He began his career in tax and now primarily serves as a business advisor to clients with revenues of up to $100 million.
